		<description>i am a Jamaican lawyer surfing the net with regard to possibly finding a precedent of Contract for the supply of Wifi services by an Internet Provider.  The use of Wifi is relativily new to Jamaica and the issues you raised regarding trespassing are quite thought provoking. At present I do not think we have any legislation which speaks  to this.
